The present invention relates to a production method of tricalcium phosphate using precipitated calcium carbonate, and a production method of a bone substitute material using the same, more specifically to a production method of a bone substitute material with high compression strength using tricalcium phosphate produced by using precipitated calcium carbonate. The present invention provides the production method of the bone substitute material which comprises the following steps: mixing the precipitated calcium carbonate with calcium hydrogen phosphate, and plasticizing the mixture to obtain the tricalcium phosphate; and mixing the tricalcium phosphate with bicalcium phosphate and tetracalcium phosphate, and mixing the mixture with an acidic aqueous solution before hardening.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
