Provided is a method for motion compensation-frame rate up conversion of dynamic image frame. The method for motion compensation-frame rate up conversion of dynamic image frame comprises the steps of: classifying macro blocks inside a compressed coded image frame into macro blocks including motion vectors useful for motion vector compensation-frame rate up conversion and macro blocks which do not include the same; obtaining motion vector information of the macro blocks which are classified as macro blocks which do not include the useful motion vectors; estimating the motion vectors using for motion vector compensation-frame rate up conversion for the macro blocks which are classified into as macro blocks which do not include the useful motion vectors; and producing interpolation image frame between current image frame and reference image frame by performing motion vector compensation-frame rate up conversion based on the obtained motion vectors and estimated motion vectors.
