The present invention relates to a flexible gastro-intestinal tract mucoadhesive formulation for oral administration which includes independently identical or different pharmacological active materials and mucoadhesive needles between erosive polymer layers and a swelling polymer layer. The flexible gastro-intestinal tract mucoadhesive formulation for oral administration according to the present invention can: control release properties and absorption of the pharmacological active materials through combination of desired erosive and swelling polymers so that control of blood concentration of drugs can be facilitated; have pharmacological synergism by including the pharmacological active materials in each erosive and swelling layer; and enhance mucoadhesive properties and drug efficacy persistence more than conventional geomatrix formulations and mucoadhesive formulations by adhering the mucoadhesive needles exposed by erosion of the erosive layer to the gasro-intestinal tract so that the flexible gastro-intestinal tract mucoadhesive formulation for oral administration can be used as a drug persistence drug delivery system for oral administration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (AA) Erosive layer; (BB) Pin which can have fixing property by being hung by gastrointestinal inner wall; (CC) Swelling layer; (DD) Proceed erosion of erosive layer; (EE) Proceed swelling of swelling layer; (FF) Swelling layer covers pin while continuously proceeding swelling and the pin is fallen down from gastrointestinal inner wall
