An inverter device capable of reducing installation costs and a size is an emergency generator which outputs a three-phase four-wire system of AC power comprising three power lines and one neutral line. The inverter device comprises a rectifier circuit unit, an AC conversion circuit unit, an internal transformer unit, a switching unit, and an output filter unit. The rectifier circuit unit receives three-phase power from the three power lines and outputs DC. The AC conversion circuit unit converts DC applied from the rectifier circuit unit into high frequency three-phase power having a frequency which is higher than an approval frequency in an external power network. The internal transformer unit outputs the high frequency three-phase power through three internal transformers which are divided for each phase. The switching unit switches the high frequency three-phase power outputted from the internal transformer unit to be synchronized with the approval frequency and converts the same into first three-phase power. The output filter unit filters the first three-phase power and converts the first three-phase power into second three-phase power having sine waves. The present invention is provided to comprise the three internal transformers which are arranged according to each phase in the inverter device to replace an existing 60Hz transformer, thereby reducing costs required for installing the inverter device.
