To provide an emergency power generator that makes daily maintenance and inspection easy and enables swift and accurate response required as an initial action in the event of an emergency such as a power outage, an emergency power generator inspection system, and an emergency power generator inspection method.SOLUTION: In an emergency power generator 11 that includes an engine generator 16 that transmits power to a load when a commercial power source 13 fails, a battery 17 that starts an engine 14, and a charging device 18 that controls the battery to be charged with the power of the commercial power source, a network is configured by using a plurality of sensor devices 16a, 16b, 20a, and 21a scattered in a communication area 24 including an installation position, and a gateway device 19 capable of receiving data representing the operating state of the engine generator from at least one of the plurality of sensor devices and transmitting the data to a management server 23, and the gateway device is wired so as to always operate upon reception of power from the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
