The present invention relates to a nanofibers tissue engineering scaffold comprising mussels coating proteins and Fe3+ ions and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nanofibers tissue engineering scaffold which the surface of the nanofibers is coated by bioactive substances, the mussels adhesive proteins is a nanofibers tissue engineering scaffold which more than 20% of the total tyrosine residues are modified to DOPA.
