Provided are a surface plasmon resonance optical material using conductive oxide nanoparticles, a manufacturing method for the same, and an optical device comprising the same. The optical material comprises: a medium consisting of dielectric substances or semiconductors; and conductive oxide nanoparticles located on the surface of or inside the medium and interacting with light from visible ray to ultraviolet ray to produce surface plasmon resonance. According to the present invention, the light influencing property of the existing optical devices can be improved, and the selective absorption or emission of a certain wave length range of light energy can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
