The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a high quality flexible transparent electrode and the high quality flexible transparent electrodes fabricated by the same. The present invention provides a method of fabricating a high quality flexible transparent electrode and the high quality flexible transparent electrodes fabricated by the same. After forming a transparent electrode by using a sacrificial layer and a separate basic material substrate, a flexible substrate is formed in the transparent electrode and the sacrificial layer is removed by an etching process.
