The present invention relates to an apparatus providing unidirectional resultant force by combining a rotational motion and a periodic motion. The apparatus providing unidirectional resultant force comprises a rotary plate rotating in one direction; a first driving part rotating the rotary plate; a mass body arranged on the rotary plate; a second driving part providing the mass body with power allowing the mass body to reciprocate; an elastic body connecting the second driving part and the mass body; and a guide part guiding the mass body when the mass body is being reciprocating. Force due to the second driving part is phase-delayed through the elastic body and transmitted to the mass body, and the resultant force of reaction force to be transmitted to the rotary plate when the second driving part applies force to the mass body and force to be transmitted to the rotary plate by centrifugal force which the mass body obtains depending on the rotation of the rotary plate acts in one direction so that the unidirectional resultant force can act on the rotary plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
