The present invention relates to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to precisely analyze a content of synthetic rubber and natural rubber in a rubber composition of synthetic rubber and natural rubber through a calibration curve by obtaining a calibration curve from a relative area ratio for each proportion after analyzing a standard rubber sample in which the content of synthetic rubber is provided with pyrolysis gas chromatography. A component of butyl rubber, natural rubber, is transformed with a particular mass spectrum to improve accuracy and reproducibility of analytical signal. Furthermore, optimum analyzing process is established by implementing a relative peak area control method. According to the quantitative analysis of the present invention, the content of the synthetic rubber and natural rubber is simply analyzed with excellent credibility based on the calibration curve obtained from the sample in which the content ratio is already provided; and result of the pyrolysis gas chromatography of the butyl rubber and natural rubber complex rubber composition which is unknown.
