A sweet potato plant body transformed by using a recombinant vector including the IbOr-Ins GENE transformant in which a specific base sequence is artificially inserted into an IbOrange gene derived from sweet potoato has a strong resistance against black spot, thereby enabling users to develop a plant body with a resistance against diseases caused by fungi and eumycetes using the IbOr-Ins GENE transformant.
