The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hydrolysate from cellulosic biomass through alkali soaking-steam pretreatment which can collect useful components. The objective of the present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing hydrolysate from the cellulosic biomass which can collect useful components and maximize hexose by processing the cellulosic raw materials through steam pretreatment after removing lignin by soaking lignin components among the biomass into an alkali solution in order to enhance enzymatic saccharification efficiency. The method for manufacturing hydrolysate from cellulosic biomass of the present invention comprises the steps of: a) dissolving lignin by soaking the cellulosic biomass into the alkali solution; b) isolating the cellulosic biomass from the alkali solution; c) pretreating the isolated cellulosic biomass by injecting steam heated in a steam generator into a pretreatment reactor after supplying the isolated cellulosic biomass to the pretreatment reactor; d) collecting injected steam from the reactor using the steam generator and obtaining the cellulose materials with which the hexose is combined; e) obtaining the hydrolysate in which the hexose is included by enzyme decomposing the steam pretreated cellulose materials; and f) extracting effective by-products among liquid effluence remained in the pretreatment reactor in step d).
