The present invention has objectives of providing: a cell culture substrate which can culture pluripotent stem cells, and can differentiate the pluripotent stem cells into a specific cell, especially into a nerve cell in high purity; a cell culturing method using the same; and a method for inducing the differentiation of the pluripotent stem cells using the same. To solve the said objectives, the present invention provides the cell culture substrate which fixes or coats one or more kinds of fusion protein selected from the group consisting of: fusion protein including N-cadherin, or the entire or partial domains of the N-cadherin on the surface; and fusion protein including the entire or partial domains of protein having a homogeny with the N-cadherin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
