SYSTEM TO WARN PIRACY ATTACK USING INFRARED RAY CCTV AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a system to warn a piracy attack using an infrared ray CCTV and a method thereof through a comparison of frames and predictive CCTV screens based on the vessel information including roll, speed and bearing. The system to warn the piracy attack using an infrared ray CCTV includes: a CCTV which obtains a thermal imagery picture through an infrared camera and outputs a thermal imagery picture through an image processing; a detecting unit which detects the status information in order to find out the movements of the vessel; an alarm control unit which produces a predictive image based on the vessel status information detected through the vessel information detecting unit, which senses the movement by comparing the thermal imagery pictures generated from the infrared ray CCTV and the predictive images, and raises a warning alarm if a movement is detected; and an alarm unit which warns a piracy attack according to the alarm control signals generated from the alarm control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
