The present invention relates to a CCTV camera system integrated with a visible ray light and an infrared ray light, which is capable of minimizing an interference between the two lights, filming a clear color video even at night, and preventing damage by theft in advance. According to the present invention, the CCTV camera system integrated with visible ray light and infrared ray light comprises: a power supply unit which converts AC power into DC power and supplies the power; a CCTV camera unit which receives the DC power from the power supply unit and films a video of a front side; an infrared ray light unit and a visible ray light unit, which receive the necessary DC power from the power supply unit and selectively emit light when the brightness is a certain level or lower and when an invader has entered the designated space; and a voice notification unit which, when the visible ray light unit emits light, makes a warning sound. The CCTV camera unit comprises: a lens for filming a video; an image sensor unit; a brightness detection unit which detects the surrounding environment′s brightness; and a motion detection unit which detects an invasion by a person or an animal.
