A connection structure of a bucket and an arm of an excavator according to the present invention includes: a bushing fastened between the outer circumference of a connection pin and an arm; a bracket which is connected to the bucket and fastened to the connection pin by being located between the arm and the bucket; an O-ring sealing a gap between the bracket and the arm by being inserted into a connection groove formed on a part of the arm or the bracket; and a longitudinal elastic member which is installed on the connection groove extended or shrunk in the longitudinal direction of the connection pin.
