The present invention relates to an electrical apparatus for exterminating harmful insects which particularly includes: a harmful insect extermination part which has conductive bodies arranged in the shape of a grid thereon and electrocutes harmful insects using electricity of the conductive bodies; a handle having a power source part which supplies electric power to the harmful insect extermination part; a switch part which switches on or off the electric power supplied from the power source part to the harmful insect extermination part; a supporting part of which one end is hinged to the harmful insect extermination part to enable the harmful insect extermination part to rotate, and the other end is joined to the handle; a sensor part which detects movements of the harmful insect extermination part and then turn off the switch part to cut electric voltages supplied by the electric power source part. Therefore, the present invention provides the electric apparatus for exterminating harmful insects which easily exterminates harmful insects and prevents accidents such as electric shock.
