The present invention provides a laminated sound-absorbing material having a laminated layer with a sound-absorbing paint and a sound-absorbing putty, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method thereof. Provided are a method for laminating a layer on a porous sound-absorbing material from the surface to an inner surface thereof and a method for laminating a layer on a porous sound-absorbing material from the surface to the outer surface thereof. Also, provided are a method for laminating a layer without increasing the thickness of the porous sound-absorbing material and a method for laminating a layer having a thickness that is added to the existing thickness of the porous sound-absorbing material, wherein the thickness of the laminated layer is 0.5 to 5 mm. The purpose of forming a laminated layer on the porous sound-absorbing material is to provide a sound-absorbing material suitable for various uses by diversifying surface designs and colors of porous sound-absorbing materials and create new patterns for the materials, to improve sound absorbing performance, especially a sound absorbing rate of low frequencies, and to improve an indoor environment.
