Disclosed is a system for identifying a high-risk malignant code, capable of rapidly acting against a malignant code by identifying the malignant code and analyzing a trend. The system of the present invention comprises a statistics data generating module; a trend data generating module; a malignant code filtering module; and a database. The statistics data generating module collects and processes malignant codes for each channel, each ranking, each period, each kind, and each reinfection and vaccine diagnosis to generate statistics data. The trend data generating module generates trend data by processing the malignant code for each channel, each field, and each kind. The malignant code filtering module extracts a high-risk malignant code from the collected malignant codes based on priority information comprising URL division, a source number, a stop number, a vaccine diagnosis ratio, and a report number.
