The present invention relates to a shear anchor for joining new and old concrete and a method for joining the new and the old concrete using the same, wherein the shear anchor is constructed between the new and the old concrete when arranging a seismic reinforcement apparatus in the old concrete of an existing structure, or when repairing, reinforcing, and remodeling a deteriorated existing building of which the concrete has a relatively low strength or the concrete has a strength deteriorated because the building is old. The shear anchor for joining the new and the old concrete according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sleeve formed into a cylinder with a hollow, and having multiple wing members which are installed on the outer circumference thereof and are formed into plates with regular thicknesses; and an anchor bolt inserted into the hollow of the sleeve, and having both ends which are exposed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
