The present invention may recognize an electric energy using type of a household electrical appliance or an information communication device (a computer, a server, a network device, a smart home appliance and the like) and make them use optimal energy by using the electric energy using type, thereby saving the energy. The present invention for this comprises: a power transforming device including an energy-aware device which installs a power measurement circuit and a control circuit; the information communication device which installs an OS; and a short range wireless communication part securing two channels, where one channel configures a data network for transmitting energy aware information and control information and the other wireless communication configures a control network for transmitting a one-way downlink signal which is operated in a broadcasting manner to transmit a control signal.
