The present invention relates to a vehicle authentication control system using a finger vein recognition technology and a control method thereof which can prevent a loss and a forgery, have stable recognizing performance, and improve security by performing vehicle authentication control using a finger vein recognition technology. Also, driver convenience can be maintained by being compatible with a wireless door lock system or a smart key system which is an existing vehicle authentication method. Moreover, a master driver is registered using the finger vein recognition technology, and the master driver is allowed to determine a vehicle security level and a vehicle control method, therefore another person other than the driver is allowed to drive the vehicle as required.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
