The present invention relates to an XL pipe connector with double sealing performance comprising: an elastic fixing ring (202) inserted into one side of a connector (200); a compression ring (204) for compressing the elastic fixing ring (202); an O-ring (206) which gets in contact with the compression ring (204) and comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface of an XL pipe (100) to thereby keep sealability; and a tightening cover (210) screw-coupled to one side of the connector (200) while compressing the O-ring (206), the compression ring (204) and the elastic fixing ring (202) at once, wherein a recess (H) is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the tightening cover (210) in the radial direction and a ring-shaped seal material (300) is inserted into the recess (H) to provide a double sealing so as to realize a mechanical seal form. The XL pipe connector according to the present invention makes the connector do common use and can solve water leak through the double sealing structure and construct cooling and heating pipes using the XL pipe which is low in dimensional stability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
