In the present invention, according to an amorphous compressed powder core having high permeability and a method for manufacturing the same, powders are coated primarily with phosphoric acid and secondarily with polyimide-based as an insulation agent, and amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy compressed powder core are manufactured to have an effective permeability of 85 or more, a very low iron loss of 300 mW/cc or less, and high frequency properties by performing an automatic compressed formation at a temperature of 200-550°C using MoS_2 or graphite powders lubricating at a high temperature. Also, according to the present invention, provided is the economical amorphous (nanocrystalline) compressed powder core having a high forming density and no surface crack, having less frequency dependence by having good insulation between particles, having unchangeable effective permeability in a high frequency band, and being used as a magnetic material of an electron or electric device in the frequency band of several kHz to tens of MHz.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
