The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of liquorice and coffee that contains processed liquorice. According to an embodiment the present invention, the method includes a process that steams the liquorice that is dried and sectioned using steam of brine, a drying process that quenches the steamed liquorice, a roasting process that roasts the liquorice having gone through the drying process, and a grinding process that grinds the roasted liquorice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
