The present invention extracts phytoestrogen from licorice, which has a high content of phytoestrogen of a plant female hormone, has been scientifically reported in Korea and abroad, has proven safety, and increases the concentration of the active form through fermentation of lactic acid bacteria. Through technology, the concentration of active ingredients is higher than that of simple extracts, and minerals derived from calcium and deep ocean water are added to help relieve various symptoms caused by a lack of female hormones and prevent osteoporosis, and can be consumed without side effects. It relates to a method for preparing a fermented broth for enhancing active phytoestrogen and fortified calcium of licorice extract, which can be prepared in various forms such as liquid, granules, and pills, and a fermented broth prepared therefrom.
