The present invention relates to a method for managing oversea plants. An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for stably managing oversea plants with security, wherein the plants uses a research network and has a device such as a virtual private network (VPN) installed so that security is ensured, a new network does not need to be established, and an additional installation cost is not required. The objective of the present invention is achieved by the method for stably managing oversea plants. If an oversea research network base station (600) establishes a data transmission optimal path through VPNs (200a, 200b, 200c) having security and a router (300′) to monitor states of plants (700a, 700b, 700c) of another countries installed at a home country and transmits the monitored states to a domestic research network base station (400) of a corresponding country through the Internet (500), the domestic research network base station (400) establishes a data transmission optimal path with respect to received data and transmits the data to a remote monitoring device (100) through a VPN (200) having security and a router (300) so that the remote monitoring device (100) easily monitors and manages states of oversea plants (700a, 700b, 700c) in a country.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
