The present invention relates to a method for making pogi kimchi with chestnut inner shells and shelled chestnuts, and more specifically, to a method for making pogi kimchi with chestnut inner shells and shelled chestnuts, whereby, when the pogi kimchi is made, the chestnut inner shells made into powder or juice are mixed with other ingredients to prepare a seasoning juice, the chestnut inner shells made into glue are also used, and for a seasoning mixture for the pogi kimchi, the chestnut shells made into powder or juice are used together with radishes, chives, spring onions, red pepper powder, ginger, garlic, salted shrimp, fermented anchovy sauce, onions, and leek (leaf mustard), so that the chestnut inner shells, which are inner shells of the chestnuts thrown out after fruits are used, are used in the steps for making the pogi kimchi in various ways, thereby allowing various good ingredients contained in the chestnut inner shells to be in harmony with the pogi kimchi.
