The present invention relates to a dual-band microstrip (20)-slotline (31) transition circuit which operates in two frequency bands. A first filtering circuit (32) is connected between a first microstrip line part and a first input/output port P10, wherein a first circuit and the microstrip line part are used to receive the frequencies from a first frequency band and block the frequencies of a second frequency band. A second filtering circuit (33) is connected between a second microstrip line part and a second input/output port P20, wherein a second circuit and the mircrostrip line part are used to receive the frequencies from the second frequency band and block the frequencies of the first frequency band. The size of the slotline is determined to provide almost the same impedance as the impedance of an open circuit in the coupling zone between the microstrip line and the slotline.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
