The present invention relates to a system and a method to provide conference call services using a launcher agent. A conference call service providing system to provide conference call services between the user terminals by combining with the user terminal includes: a data route server to combine with the user terminal (hereinafter called as participation terminal) which participates in the conference call service through a data network and to form a data route between the participation terminals, and a conference server to provide the conference call services through the communication network between the participation terminals by connecting to the data route server. The participation terminal includes a launcher agent to form the data route and to execute the conference call service, forms the data route by connecting to the data route server through the operation of the launcher agent, and transmits and receives additional service data to provide additional services through the data route server and the data route when the participation terminal executes the conference call service through the communication network.
