The present invention relates to a single pump hydraulic system used for construction machinery and using a closed-center independent flow control method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a single pump hydraulic system used for construction machinery and using a closed-center independent flow control method, wherein the single pump hydraulic system supplies a working fluid to respective actuators by the closed-center independent flow control method so that the utilization of energy can be maximized and waste factors can be minimized. According to the present invention, the single pump hydraulic system used for construction machinery and using the closed-center independent flow control method comprises: one large hydraulic pump supplying the working fluid to the actuators; the actuators connected to the large hydraulic pump, and actuating working equipment by receiving the working fluid; and a closed-center system connecting the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic tank, and the actuators, wherein the closed-center system includes: inlet flow paths at pistons and inlet flow path at rods which are connected from the hydraulic pump to the respective actuators; outlet flow paths at pistons and outlet flow path at rods connected from the actuators to the hydraulic tank; and electronic proportional control valves installed at the inlet flow paths at pistons, the inlet flow paths at rods, the outlet flow paths at pistons, and the outlet flow paths at rods respectively. According to the present invention, the whole amount of the working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump is controlled to be returned from the actuators to the hydraulic tank after transferred to the actuators, thereby using the whole amount of the working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump in a work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
