The present invention relates to an outdoor wall finishing structure comprising a flat tie, a form, a fixing tie, and a fixing pin; and a construction method for the same. The construction method for the outdoor wall finishing structure according to the present invention comprises a step of connecting one end of multiple flat ties to the form (a first step); a step of forming a first space by fixing the fixing tie to the multiple flat ties (a second step); a step of fixing an insulation material to a space between the fixing ties (a third step); a step of forming a second space by connecting and fixing the form to the other end of the multiple flat ties (a fourth step); a step of pouring concrete to the first and second spaces (a fifth step); a step of forming inner and outer walls (a sixth step); a step of detaching the form (a seventh step); and a step of removing the fixed part (an eighth step). The present invention installs the fixing ties by adjusting the distance between the fixing ties according to the thickness of the insulation material, thereby maximizing soundproofing effects by adjusting the thickness of the insulation material.
