The present invention relates to xylanase of Bacillus pumilus H10-1 strain. More specifically, the xylanase which is produced by the Bacillus pumilus H10-1 strain isolated from excretion of ceratotherium simum has enhanced cellulolytic activity, thereby can be used for cellulosic biomass saccharification. By using the xylanase as an enzyme for feed addition, the efficiency for domestic animals to use nutrition can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
