The present invention relates to a preparation method of fine-particle barium zirconium titanate (BZT) and fine-particle BZT prepared thereby. The preparation method of the fine-particle BZT in the present invention comprises: a step (dispersion step) for mixing barium titanyl oxalate and a zirconium precursor and wet milling a mixture thereof to prepare slurry; and a step (calcination step) for calcining the slurry to prepare the BZT. In the dispersion step, the barium titanyl oxalate and the zirconium precursor are mixed so that a molar ratio of barium, titanium, and zirconium is 1:(1-x):x, and x is 0.01-0.08. According to the present invention, the preparation method of the fine-particle BZT can obtain BZT powder which has a small and uniform particle size and does not contain secondary-phase particles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
