The invention relates to a catalytic reforming process comprising: a methane stream in which methane is supplied as a reaction material; a reforming reactor which includes a reactant stream containing at least one reforming agent stream among a vapor stream in which an H_2O stream, wherein vapor is supplied, is vaporized and a CO_2 stream in which CO_2 is supplied as a reforming agent, a fuel stream in which combustible fuel gas generating thermal energy for the reaction and temperature rising of reaction materials is supplied, a sensible heat collection stream in which oxygen containing gas collecting the sensible heat of molten slag is supplied, and a flue gas stream in which flue gas generated by combustion reaction of the combustible fuel gas and oxygen is discharged, receives the reactant stream, allows the reaction materials to pass a reactor equipped with a catalyst and generates reducing gas of high temperature containing CO and H_2 by the reaction of the reaction materials when the reaction materials pass the reactor equipped with the catalyst; a burner system which supplies reforming reaction energy by indirectly heating the reforming reactor by heat of combustion due to the combustion of the fuel and oxygen by receiving the fuel stream and the sensible heat collection stream; a heat exchanger for preheating reaction materials which preheats the reactant stream by heat-exchanging the reactant stream from the flue gas stream and supplies the reactant stream to the reforming reactor; and a heat exchanger for preheating oxygen containing gas which supplies the sensible heat collection stream to the burner system by heat-exchanging the sensible heat collection stream from the flue gas stream.
