The present invention relates to a pseudolipid composite and a skin external application composition, wherein the pseudolipid composite contains skin barrier lipid components and skin surface lipid components and has structural properties which are similar to natural vernix caseosa. The pseudolipid composite of the present invention has excellent phase stability, is mild when applied to the skin, and improves excellent skin moisturizing effects and barrier functions when coated on the skin, so that the pseudolipid composite can be used as a skin external application composition.
