The present invention relates to a spinning apparatus for preparing a lyocell fiber, capable of suppressing the contact between filaments during a preparation process of the lyocell fiber and the deterioration in physical property resulting therefrom; to a method for preparing a lyocell filament fiber using the same; and to a method for preparing a lyocell staple fiber using the same. The spinning apparatus for preparing a lyocell fiber comprises: a spinneret having multiple spinning nozzles for discharging a spinning dope for preparing a lyocell fiber, wherein the multiple spinning nozzles are arranged in a doughnut shape while being spaced apart from the center of multiple spinning nozzles at predetermined intervals; an air cooling part disposed in the center part of the doughnut shape to supply cooled air downward; a coagulating bath disposed below the spinneret and the air cooling part, and containing a coagulation liquid for coagulating the spinning dope discharged from the spinning nozzles; and a turbulence preventing member formed at a region corresponding to a region at which the air cooling part is disposed, wherein at least a part of the turbulence preventing member is immersed in the coagulation liquid in the coagulating bath.
