The present invention relates to a method for increasing growth and a bioactive compound content of adventitious roots of Eurycoma species plants, which includes a step of inoculating leaves, stems or roots of Eurycoma species plants to an MS medium containing auxin to induce adventitious roots, and cultivating the induced adventitious roots, and to adventitious roots of Eurycoma species plants manufactured thereby, accelerating growth and having an increased bioactive compound content. According to the adventitious root cultivation method of the present invention, Eurycomalongifolia adventitious roots accelerating growth and having an increased bioactive compound content can be effectively mass-produced, and biomass and bioactive compounds of the Eurycomalongifolia adventitious roots obtained by the cultivation method of the present invention can be used in manufacturing cosmetics, food, spices, beverage and tonic, which is anticipated to be industrially useful.
