Disclosed is an eco-driving inducing device which determines whether a vehicle is in the middle of a fuel-cut driving by receiving real-time inputs of GPS data obtained only by installing a vehicle navigation device including a GPS receiver in the vehicle without any extra device to collect driving information of the vehicle in real time; and which sprays air freshener if the fuel-cut driving is longer than a predetermined time duration is achieved, thereby encouraging the fuel-cut driving. According to the present invention, the eco-driving inducing device minimizes the costs for economic driving in order for economic value be achieved by economically driving and provides a psychological satisfaction from the achievement to a driver, thereby encouraging the driver to keep economically driving.
