The present invention relates to a novel compound and a composition containing a compound separated from a Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient for reinforcing immunity. More specifically, the composition of the present invention exhibits effects in increasing the generation of NO in a histiocyte Raw 264.7 and increasing functions to secret immunity reinforcing factors such as TNF-α and IL-12 so as to exhibit an effect in reinforcing activities in an immunocyte and have immunity reinforcing efficiency.
