The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing cancer diseases, comprising a Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient. The Morus alba L. extract of the present invention shows anti-cancer activity in cells of a macrophage Raw 264.7 and colorectal cancer such as CT-26 cells, and inhibition activity of tumor tissue growth, when co-administering a conventional anticancer agent such as 5-FU in a cancer xenograft animal model experiment, thereby being able to be helpfully used as foods, drugs, and components of feeds having an excellent anti-cancer effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
