The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a carbon composite structure comprising hetero elements and a carbon composite structure using the same. The present invention manufactures the carbon composite structure comprising hetero elements by environmentally friendly flame pyrolysis synthesis which is simple and requires low costs, exhibits a stable lithium storage capacity when the carbon composite structure is used as an anode material of a lithium ion battery and is able to directly use the carbon composite structure as an anode material for a lithium ion battery without an additional process. Additionally, the present invention is able to provide a catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction of a fuel cell by a simple, low-cost and environment-friendly method.
