The present invention relates to a flexible transparent nanostructure and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, nanorods are synthesized on a transparent conducting oxide (TCO) substrate by using a hydrothermal method. After removing the synthesized nanorods, the nanorods are bonded to a PET substrate coated with indium tin oxide (ITO) by using a titanium bonding layer, thereby forming a flexible transparent nanostructure. The present invention relates to a flexible transparent nanostructure. The present invention is applied to a next generation energy device nanostructure electrode manufacturing sector and an eco-friendly sector.
