The present invention relates to a method for acquiring the image of diagnosis mirror using Wi-Fi which improves the convenience of treatment without a separate wire for signal transmission using near field communication and saves installation costs, and a diagnosis mirror using WI-FI. More particularly, when an optical camera which receives the power of a battery and emits light inserts an insertion part installed at an end part into a laparoscope or a joint, the optical camera emits light and an image storage device stores an image of the laparoscope or the joint in real time at the same time. The wireless reception part receives the image stored in the image storage device when a wireless commination part transmits the image. A server stores an operation image received from the wireless commination part and outputs it to an output part.
