THIN SANDWICH PANEL FOR PRESS FORMING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A thin sandwich panel for press molding and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The thin sandwich panel can be applied as a material of a structure such as a vehicle body having sufficient strength and rigidity as well as capable of press molding and has excellent mass productivity and cheap manufacturing costs. The thin sandwich panel for press molding comprises a core composed of a flat metal mesh with repetitive holes; and metallic face sheets adhering to the upper and lower surfaces of the core, respectively.
