The purpose of the present invention is to form a hydrophobic group by removing a hydrophilic group of a conductive emulsifier having the hydrophilic group, and making the emulsifier react with an alcoholic polymer. Additionally, the present invention allows natural electrical characteristics of conductive emulsifiers or conductive materials while having excellent water resistance by inducing a chemical bond by copolymerization without a physical bond by a binder which is a nonconductor. Accordingly, the present invention provides a graft copolymer having electrical conductivity capable of being applied as a conductive material, a graft copolymer of an alcoholic polymer and a conductive emulsifier having properties that natural physical properties such as electrical conductivity and the like are not changed even when the graft copolymer is left for a long time in the atmosphere or is impregnated with a polar solvent, and a manufacturing method thereof.
