A high power pulse transmission waveguide apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a first waveguide, a second waveguide, and a flange for communicating the waveguides. The flange includes a first member and a second member facing each other; an O-ring coupled to any one member to seal the inner part; and a gasket coupled to any one member for the first member and the second member to be electrically connected to each other, wherein the O-ring is disposed on the inner side than the gasket.
