The present invention relates to an infrared and flash-megapixel integrated surveillance camera device which can be used in a day and night infrared surveillance camera having a megapixel lens function. The infrared and flash-megapixel integrated surveillance camera device is characterized by: piercing a combining hole on a fixing end formed by bending upward both ends of a flash fixing bracket fixed by a bracket fixing bolt through a bracket fixing hole in the bottom surface of a camera installed to be fixed by a camera fixing bracket to be combined and fixed, by a bolt, to a nut formed on an upper support part which is formed to have a rectangular parallelepiped shape in the upper surface of a flash angle adjusting part; inserting an adjusting unit of a spheral shape into an adjusting groove part of a spheral shape formed inside the flash angle adjusting part of which both sides are screw combined with fixing bolts; fixing a supporter on the upper surface of a flash through a through hole pierced on the supporter by forming a supporter fixing bolts on the upper surface of the flash connected to the camera by a power cable; and inserting an adjusting unit body fixing part of an adjusting unit body into adjusting unit body fixing ends which are formed to protrude in both sides of the intermediate position of the supporter to be fixed by an adjusting unit body fixing bolt. Therefore, when the camera detects a movement of an object at night by infrared rays, the infrared and flash-megapixel integrated surveillance camera device can clearly photograph the object by the set zoom movement and flash operation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
