The present invention relates to a traffic accident processing system using an insurance company related black box, and more specifically, to a traffic accident processing system using an insurance company related black box, which includes: an impact sensor (1) for sensing impact; a black box (20) which is connected to the impact sensor (1) and is embedded with a communication module (21) to transmit image information; and a vehicle management server (30) for receiving the image information and recording the image information and then transmitting the image information to an insurance company server (40). The image information includes accident image information for a setting time before and after an impact sensing signal, when the impact sensing signal of the impact sensor is generated. The present invention like the above is effective in unscheduled vehicle condition checking, driving behavior correction, rapid accident processing, emergency rescue, etc.
