The present invention provides a resistance seam welding electrode wheel, a resistance seam welding apparatus, and a resistance seam welding method using the same. The present invention has an effect of reducing overmelting of a base material, non-uniformity of the thickness of a base material junction, and inner defect of a spatter and the base material; suppressing increase in an indentation depth; easily contacting a base material with an electrode wheel; increasing the utilization of seam welding of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, etc. which effects seam weldability according to an oxidizing layer; increasing the convenience of dressing caused by oxide contamination; forming a mountain and a valley along the circumference of an outer circumferential surface; and forming the mountain and the valley alternately along the width direction of the outer circumferential surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
